Payments.

• I accept PayPal, Airtm or local bank transfer. But if the commission is made through VGen, I use Vgen payment too.

• In PayPal I only send invoice, it is the safest way for both seller and buyer.

• 100% payment is required upfront, in case it's 3d modeling it would be 50% first and 50% after its done (except for lowpoly YCH Commissions, that will be 100%).

Refunds

You can be refunded as long as it is conversable.

if the work is in the sketch phase there will be no problem, but then I will recycle the drawing for myself.

If the work is in a final stage, you will get a partial refund and not be with the right to receive the drawing and you will not be able to take any more commissions.
In case of 3D MODELS, refunds cannot be made after the base model. In case the base model isn't finished the refund will be partial for the time I took doing it.
 

Adoptables Section.

Think twice before buying an adoptable, because once I give you the original files I can't make refunds.

The character will be 100% yours, you can do wathever you want with it, except resell with a higher price that you bought it.

 

Extra Fees (Digital Illustrations)

• ​​

• If there is an additional character, it’s charged twice of the cost. (without considering extra things like backgrounds or special effects)

• Alternative versions (clothed / naked / etc) could vary depending on the type of detail, but often is between $10 and $20.

• Characters that I consider complex + $ 10

• The backgrounds depends on the drawing style and the background complexity:

  • Simple with no shading + $20usd

  • Simple with basic shading + $ 35usd

  • Simple with complex shading + $ 50usd

  • Complexes without shading + $ 40usd

  • Complexes with basic shading + $ 80usd

  • Complexes with complex shading + $ 110usd

• Close ups + $ 5usd

• Special effects + $ 5 to $ 15 usd (depending on the complexity)

• If you ask me for a drawing of the list of "Maybe" they will have an extra charge depending on what it is and the complexity.

General.

• I don’t do holds; also I work on a "first come first serve" basis.

• ​​

• I send WIPS in each phase that I advance (sktech, lineart, color, lights), only during the sketch phase I can made important changes , and in the painting phase I can only change colors because I draw by layers.

• If you don’t reply to a WIP after three days, I will continue working on the piece without any change allowed afterwards.

• If you insist or push me to do something on my “I don’t do” list, I will block. But please, avoid insisting.

• I reserve the right to not commissioning someone for whatever reason.

Turn Arround Time

• For full 3d models I can take between 3 and 6 months.

• For drawings I can take 1 month depending the type.

• For lowpoly YCH I can take 3 weeks.

3D Modeling

Content:

You can ask for a rigged model or just the textured mesh without rigging. The rig comes with the basic biped bones; but it can have extra bones for ears, tail, hair, clothes, etc. it's up to yours. The model can have blenshapes and you can add more if you want.

It can be compatible with VRM or VRChat, but it has an extra charge depending the physics, animation, toggles, etc.

Charges:

There are a few thing that I consider to give a price for a model:

• ​Hair design.

• Anatomic shape.

• Costume design.

• Extra body parts.

• Blenshape amount.

• Props.

• Alt versions and toggable nsfw stuff.

• Texture complexity.

• Rig complexity.

• Extra bones.

• Clothing physics.

• Hair physics.

• Etc.

​The base (just the textured mesh model without rigging) price is 200usd and it may change depending the complexity of the model. For each add-on the price will increase depending the complexity of the attributes mentioned above.

Important:​

I always can do fixes when the model is delivered, but if someone make modifications to the model and it break some functions I'll no be able to fix it for the warranty and I'll make a price to fix it.

The prices on 3d models are based on the complexity of the reference sheet.

If the client decides to change the model design during an advanced phase, it will apply a fee for the redesign and a new price difference. 

If the model isn't started and the client ask for design changes, there will be no extra fee for changing it, instead it will be a fee just in case the new model price has a difference. 

IMPORTANT:
If there isn't a reference sheet with front and back view at least, it would have an extra charge.Also is there isn't a final design, there will be a charge for desing the character, in that case I'll show sketches and sending wips on the desing before to get it in 3d.

You have warranty after the model is done, that means I can fix something that doesn't work even after finishing the job. But if you do modifications or pay another modeler for modifications, the warranty is lost and if the model doesn't work properly after that I'm not responsible.

Especial Promos:​

In case of a lowpoly YCH model, it comes textured, rigged and animated. The price can vary depending the complexity, but the base price with all before mentioned is for 70usd.
